There's only 2 guilds that I've spent a serious amount of time being a part of, other than that I joined and left 2-3 that I didnt like.

countless. I've joined quite a few guilds and left them when I got tired of their inactivity. It seems that every guild I join has people who haven't signed on in weeks. If you're not going to play, don't join a guild.

Hopefully my current guild starts picking up soon, otherwise I'll be forced to move on yet again.

To answer the question, three in total. The first one is I joined when I first started playing GW, I was made officer and told to recruit 10 other people. Recruited 10 by spamming...then after a few days left where I was impressed with a guy that ran me thru Droks. Stayed there for about 4 months, was made officer again. Then a friend from that guild asked me to be his partner to start our own guild together. Our guild was doing good, we were an AB based guild, we payed for faction then...I was rich....but eventually my "partner" lost interest on AB and running the guild really, and left the guild to persue his "HA dream". Nearly tore the guild apart, took alot of officers/members with him. I had to rebuild the guild, left the high factioned alliance and concentrated on rebuilding. The guild we started together is still the one I'm in and I'm the guild leader now, our guild is stable now and has a good community feel to it...well I would like to think so...hehe. We're still AB based but has a strong PVE part, elite missions mostly. The guild is now 1 yr and 5 months old and still strong. Desolation Lords is the name...my ex partner named it

I've been in 2 guilds.
The first year leader of Silent Screams DK [ssDK] a guild of RL friends.
After disbanding the guild we joined the leader guild of our alliance where I've been for the last 2 years as an officer Bad Wolf Corporation [WOLF].

i've been in 4 guilds. The first i made but had no one but me and my husband in it, which was boring. Plus i had no idea how to get a hall back then. Then I joined another just to get people to stop asking me to join their's when i dismantled my own.
I made a friend and joined his, was in it for over a year when most people stopped playing much and i found myself on alone a lot.
That's when i met someone from my current guild, so i switched over from a guild of like 5 to a guild of 80 with a large alliance (like a month ago). I'm happy where i am now.

Somehow I actually remember all the guilds I have been in, in chronological order:

Psychotic Madnezz [psy] (about 2 weeks)
Iron Boot Massacre [*Iron*] (my own 1-person guild, about a week)
The Tower Guard [cant remember tag] (a month or so)
Jack Knight Knights [War] (pretty long, more than a year)
Voices in the Wind [VW] (a fat month)
The Masters Of The Dark Side [SITH] (also a month or so)
The Guild of Cunning Artificiers [ANKH] (my current guild, 9 months so far]

The asterikses in Iron are to prevent Guru from turning the tag into [Iron]

Six:

1) My own...disbanded during first month of play (people taking things too seriously)

2) My own, just me, to keep recruiters from spamming me.

3) First Invite...died after 6 months...all AFK so I quit.

4) Got invited into Blood Over Water [BoW]...got kicked after paying for guild hall. Haven't seen any members on since...*shrugs*

5) Invited into a small guild that was advertised as a larger one...lasted 4 minutes 37 seconds

6) Raven Alliance...schweetness...always active, always friendly, naver demanding = fun!

well ive joined alot of guilds im not really a guild hopper just every guild i join is inavtice i have been in very famous guilds suck as team everfrost and delta formation before th crash of them both so i decided to make my own guild which is dead atm (cos anet banned me perma for no reason which they took off yesterday) so yea i have joined around 30+ guilds

Proudly serving as an officer for 3 years now, but got countless invintations in somehow more recognizable guilds (eE, dT etc.)

I've been in several, but I always come back home to Silvite Warriors [SW]. Of my favorites, I really enjoyed my time in America's Most Wanted [AmW], and Grenth's Rejects [GR].

Three in total. I was probably guildless for the first 6 months or so then,

1. Got invited to a guild by a PUG member after finishing a mission. I think they kicked me the next day, so I never even played with them.

2. Found my second guild on GWOnline, was with them for around a year. At first a great PVE guild. Factions sort of klled it; we grew into a huge alliance, then lost some of the good guilds due to edrama; then numbers started to dwindle; I got promoted to leader and tried to turn around the decline but left myself as the remaining core members wanted to go hardcore PVP (I think they managed to get into the top 100) whereas I only have the time to dabble in PVP.

3. After being guildless for a few weeks found another nice PVE guild on GWOnline and I've been there for over a year. Nice mature bunch, no plans to leave whatever, although things are a bit quiet GW-wise, but I'm sure it will pickup again when GW2 arrives. Though we do have a bit of a WOW and AOC sub guild going on at the moment.
